Works perfectly - Great service! May 17, 2018 Reviewer: Craig J.   The folks at Tess were very helpful and they got this keypad shipped the same day it was ordered.  The keypad arrived in perfect shape and was packaged very securely.  Installation was uneventful, and I had to trim less than 1mm of material from the ribbon connector so it would fit perfectly in the circuit board connector.  One item to note:  the installation instructions are not quite right...I had to remove the control panel from the machine in order to remove the circuit board protective cover.  The new keypad works perfectly, and my Robinair unit is back in operation.  What was really nice is that Tess had the keypads in stock, whereas two other sellers (not Tess, but they were high up on the internet search results) showed the keypads in stock but in fact, those sellers didn't have them in stock.  I'd do business with Tess Tools again without hesitation...sensible prices, reasonable shipping charges, and what they say they have in stock, they really do have in stock.
