We just needed a spring to repair a 12V PowerWinch unit. PowerWinch themselves would only sell it as a complete ratchet pawl kit even though the spring was common to a number of their winches. Their ONLY suggestion was to buy the entire kit. Warren at TESS took the time to put all the different parts in the kit on the TESS website and saved our the day - and a tremendous amount of money! PowerWinch could take customer service lessons from him (seriously) as the spring was only a $4 part. His efforts were greatly appreciated. Couldn't have asked for better from TESS. It is also worth noting that we had contacted a sizable number of other PowerWinch dealers trying to obtain this spring and none of them were willing to offer any assistance at all (other than sell us an entire kit). Warren and TESS beat them all by a mile.
